  INDUSTRIAL CUSTOMER RESULTS:

D9H Caterpillar

"I own two D9H Caterpillar bulldozers. I added Bi-Tron Fuel Conditioner to them.  After 90 hours of work, I am saving 15 litres of diesel per hour per machine, whilst pulling re-growth timber. Starting the dozers has been noticeably easier, and I have noticed a significant reduction of black smoke emission and an increase in power.

I have since added Bi-Tron Powertrain Treatment to the power transmission, final drives and hydraulics. After 60 hours work, I have noticed that the transmissions are running cooler and quieter, and both machines perform under a heavy load a lot better. The final drives and hydraulics are both running cooler. I have just begun to use Bi-Tron Engine Treatment in the engines.  I have added Bi-Tron Fuel Conditioner to my 140g Caterpillar Grader. Already the black smoke has noticeably reduced and it has greater power.

I am very happy with the range of Bi-Tron products, and recommend Bi-Tron to everyone."

Hitachi Drag Line

"I operate a HITACHI (KH 100) Drag Line.

Before treating the the winch motor and the hydraulic system with Bi-Tron Powertrain Treatment temperatures were taken with an electronic gauge, which is extremely accurate.  It shows that by using Bi-Tron, we have achieved reduced operating temperatures and wear. That is, heat will cause the metal to expand and so increase the level of friction and wear, which will in turn, contribute to the heat and further expanding of the metal creating more friction, and so on.

First temperature measurement was performed on the 4th of the month at 10.00am.  The parts were treated on the 18th of the same month.  "After" temperature reading was performed on the 28th of the same month at 11am.  

The Bi-Tron products help break the cycle of heat, friction and wear and in turn are a great preventative maintenance program.

Ocean Trawler
Trawler C Girl, owned by Bruce Messrs & Ian Harris.

A fuel flow meter was attached to the trawler before using the Bi-Tron products. The trawler was used with the fuel flow meter for a considerable time at varying RPM both steaming and trawling before adding the Bi-Tron product.

Below is a table of performances noted after only adding the Engine Treatment.

   Update:  20 months since first use of Bi-Tron

The trawler's operation has gone to fourteen-day trip with the same amount of fuel (used to be a 10 day trip).  That's an amazing 40% improvement!

                                                                              

Semi-Truck

Dave Elrick is a long-haul truck driver and he loves his truck.  You can tell by how clean and well maintained it is. He visits the head office frequently, on his way home, to pick up more product and to keep us up to date on the results he's experienced with the products.
